Patricia Reder
Patricia was born and raised in Ottawa. She attended Carleton University where she obtained a bachelor degree in arts. She studied law at Centennial College in Toronto and obtained her Law Clerk's Certificate with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in addition to graduating from the Professional Paralegal Development Program.
Patricia also studied alternative dispute resolution, specializing in family mediation with Dr. Barbara Landau and advanced alternative dispute resolution with the Stitt Feld Handy Group in Toronto. Patricia is an active member of the ADR Institute of Ontario and is a former board member of the Paralegal Society of Ontario.
Patricia worked extensively in various legal departments for a major downtown Toronto law firm, prior to working as an independent paralegal.
Patricia Reder has lived in the Durham area since 1990 with her husband and son.

Debra Grant
Debra was born a daughter of a military officer and a stay at home, artistic mom, in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. As such, she has traveled worldwide developing multi-cultural relationships and communicates with understanding and ease. She has also developed these extensive interpersonal skills through a strong foundation of education and experience. Her desire to assist others through difficult situations has lead her to a career in law.
Debra attended triOS College where she obtained her Paralegal Diploma with distinction and received her P1 Paralegal License from the Law Society of Upper Canada. Debra has worked in Corporate Law, Employment Law and Condominium Law prior to working at Reder Paralegal Services as an Associate Paralegal.
Debra is an active Member of the Durham Region Aquarium Society and has lived in the Durham area since 1990.
